ava trays are designed in Denmark with a clear purpose: to last, and to make playing your board games easier and more enjoyable.
The trays are created to support the flow of your game — keeping components organized, accessible, and visually calm throughout play. Every design decision is made with simplicity, usability, and longevity in mind.
We offer two versions of ava trays:
one crafted entirely in solid oak
one following the oak-and-white expression known from our ava tables
Both versions share the same careful proportions and clean Nordic design language, allowing them to blend naturally into your setup without drawing attention away from the game itself.
The trays are not only designed for game components and resources. Thanks to a durable lacquer finish, they are resistant to water and oils, making them well suited for long gaming sessions where drinks and snacks are part of the experience.
Each tray has an outer dimension of 9 × 9 × 2.4 cm.
Inside, the four tray designs offer different layouts:
a square tray (7.4 × 7.4 × 1.2 cm)
a divided tray (2 × 7.4 × 3.3 × 1.2 cm)
a hybrid tray combining compartments and four card rails
a dedicated card tray with eight card rails

ava trays are crafted from solid oak and are available in two distinct design expressions, allowing you to choose the look that best fits your table and interior.
Full Oak
Made entirely from natural oak, highlighting the grain and warmth of the wood for a more classic and organic expression.Oak & White
Crafted in solid oak with a white finish, following the same Nordic design language as the ava table. This version offers a lighter, more contemporary look while maintaining the warmth of the wood.
Both versions are finished with a durable, stain-resistant lacquer, making the trays resistant to water and oils and suitable for long gaming sessions where drinks and snacks are part of the experience.
The design, dimensions, and functionality are identical across both finishes — only the visual expression differs.
Are ava trays only compatible with the ava table?
No. While ava trays are designed to visually match the ava table, they can be used on any table or gaming surface.

How many cards can the trays hold?
The Hybrid Tray holds up to 4 cards upright.
The Card Tray holds up to 8 cards upright.
- The Card Rail holds up to 6 cards of a standard 6×9 cm size.
Do you offer accessories beyond trays?
Yes. In addition to ava trays, we offer a small selection of accessories designed to complement your setup and improve game flow.
We also offer board game tables but that will not be included in this campaign.
How are ava trays packaged and sold?
All ava tray packs are sold in sets of two trays.
We also offer a complete bundle of eight trays, which includes two of each core tray design (Single, Double, Hybrid, and Card Tray).
The Dice Tower and Dice Tray comes in a single pack and the Card Rails comes in a set of two.

Can I mix and match different trays?
Yes. All ava tray packs are sold in sets of two (except Dice Tower and Dice Tray), so you always receive a matching pair of trays.
In addition, we offer a complete tray bundle of eight trays, which includes two of each core tray design — Single Tray, Double Tray, Hybrid Tray, and Card Tray — providing a versatile starting point that covers a wide range of games.
We will also be offering an All-in pledge. What that will include you wil have to see doing our campaing.
Will you be offering any table pledges?
No, you will not be able to pledge for a table. We will be running a new table campaign later this year. Date are still to be confirmed.
